David “Dave” White, who has over 20 years of experience in tax and business consulting services, serves as a partner of our Tax Services Group. As partner, Dave manages the research, planning, and compliance of income tax returns for settlement funds, corporations, trusts, estates and individuals.

Dave began his career at Heffler, Radetich & Saitta LLP as an entry-level, college graduate with our Litigation Support Group (now Heffler Claims Group), assisting primarily in the distribution and post-distribution phases of administering class action matters, before eventually joining the Tax Services Group. Drawing from this experience, he is well versed in providing litigation support services related to class action matters and has extensive experience in all areas of tax planning and compliance as it relates to designated settlement funds under Section 468(B). Additionally, he has developed many quality control procedures to ensure that all specialty issues that may arise under Section 468(B) are researched and resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in taxation at Philadelphia University. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs and is certified in Financial Forensics. Dave is also actively involved with fundraising activities for the Hero Scholarship Fund and Variety – The Children’s Charity.
